As part of this continuing improving & expanding, you agree that gstbills.in may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the services (or any features within the services) without prior notice to you.
You may stop using the services at any time. You do not need to specifically inform gstbills.in when you stop using the services.

Governing law
Any claim relating to gstbills.in services shall be governed by the laws of the state of Maharashtra, Mumbai without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this agreement or your use of the services shall be filed only in the state or Maharashtra, Mumbai courts, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
Notices
You agree that all agreements and transactions between you and gstbills.in will be done electronically. You agree to receive all notices and terms of services by e-mail to you or posting them on the web page in the gstbills.in. To receive electronic notices, you must have access to the internet and a current version of an internet browser.
Exclusion of warranties
(1) Nothing in these terms, shall limit or exclude gstbills.in’s warranty or liability for losses

-Your use of the services will meet your all requirements

(4) Any file or material downloaded or created through the services is done at your own risk and that only you will be responsible for any loss or damage to your pc, laptop, mobile or any other device or loss of data.

Limitation of liability
(1)you agree that gstbills.in shall not be liable to you for:
(a) Any consequential or damages, any loss of profit, any loss of goodwill or business reputation, any loss of data suffered, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other loss.
(b) Any trust placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, or transaction between you and any advertiser or sponsor whose advertising appears on the services.

(d) The deletion, corruption or failure to services.
(e) Your failure to provide gstbills.in with correct information
(f) Your failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential
(g) The limitations on gstbills.in liability to you in above paragraph shall apply whether or not gstbills.in has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of any such losses arising.
